내용 [Hong Sueng In reporter from Cosinkorea ]WoojungTech, a cosmetics manufacturing machine company, announced the "The Effects of Automation Equipment on the Cosmetics Market" at the Shanghai Beauty Fair in May.

China's Shanghai Beauty Fair (CBE) is the most influential platform among cosmetics shows in Asia, and has been a success with 450,000 professional buyers and visitors from 80 countries and regions.

Choi Dong-pil, chairman of Korea Post, said, "I have worked with people from various industries and know the importance of the network, so I want to express my appreciation for the exchange platform organized by the organizing committee."

Since its establishment in 1996, Woojungtech has grown a supplier of automatic cosmetics production facilities by combining research, development, production, sales and follow-up measures. Major equipment is facilities that produce lipstick, dry wet powder, mascara, fencing, and nail-car.

"Our business partners and customers are distributed all over the world, and especially in Korea, producing the largest number of color-making facilities," said Choi Dong-pil, CEO of the company.

"We are constantly thinking about and improving our latest facilities, checking them constantly, and improving them before we release them every time."

A quarter of the company's resources are concentrated in research and development, building trust and foundation in the cosmetics sector. By the end of 2017, various engineers and high-end engineers expanded their service teams, and they are improving customer satisfaction by improving after-sales service through more specialized technologies and rapid responses.

"The global cosmetics industry has been growing at a tremendous rate in recent years, and Korea's market share in Asia Pacific is 37 percent of the global market," said CEO Choi Dong-pil.

"Those colors do not show a large increase in the overall cosmetics market, but the share ratio is 14 percent."

CEO Choi Dong-pil expects the rapid growth of the Chinese cosmetics market and huge development potential.

According to the National Statistical Office (NSO)'s latest data on online sales and purchases in the first quarter of 2018, direct sales of cosmetics online amounted to 606 billion won (about 3.6 billion yuan).

The size of the Chinese cosmetics market continues to grow due to the continued stability and urbanization of the Chinese economy.

According to a report released by the Korea Institute for Industrial Economics and Trade, the size of the Chinese cosmetics market increased steadily between 2013 and 2007, and the market was worth 373.7 billion yuan.

"China still has less than 10% of cosmetics in color as emerging markets," said CEO Choi Dong-pil.

"The rapid growth of industrial structure, whether global or Asian or Chinese, can cause serious problems," he said. "Chinese cosmetic markets and past Korean cosmetics have all been basically dependent on labor costs, and all of them are hand-operated equipment."

Choi Dong-pil, chairman of the industry, predicted that as the demand for rapid growth and production and quality increase, all cosmetics manufacturers are suffering from massive productivity gains, which will lead to opportunities and risks.

In particular, with major cosmetics industries such as Shanghai, Guangzhou, and storage concentrated, the Chinese government also noted that it is strengthening its monitoring and system.

Choi stressed that automation is the only way to improve productivity in such an environment.

CEO Choi Dong-pil said, "We first heard that the speed of production has doubled. For lipstick, the current production speed of the company's latest linear (LINEAR) rotary lipstick moulders was 70 to 80 PCS per minute, with an hourly production rate of 4,200 to 4,800PCS.

Also, the quality of products has improved significantly. The causes of defective products due to manual production are classified as uncontrollable elements in the production process. Automation facilities data and control these control elements.

In the same LIPSTICK MACHINE, the quality ratio through normal production is over 98%, and the average quantity of the product is kept at 95%, based on the customer's request for Quality control.

Finally, the stress on people has been halved for business.

"We have 9 to 11 employees on our production line and our lipstick production line. On the other hand, there are three to four employees in an electronic ventilator, which should include at least one test person." Workers in the workplace can only produce on-site if they wear an integrated vibration mask at the production site, and dusty production sites are also becoming a safe place for employees to talk."

"Today's E-Wide Powder Press has been able to significantly improve its powder, supply, fill, and press finished products, realizing all the processes from array to full automation and supervising the factory with just one support."

Through these automated facilities, Woo-Tek finds positive factors. Corporate image has also increased.

"Our customers are focused on OEM ODM, and their production capability and quality are important," said Choi Dong-pil.

"Our high-performance automation production facilities can upgrade our corporate image and meet the needs of our production capabilities through establishment of new plants and remodeling of production sites."

The company plans to set up a friendship office in Guangzhou this year to further segment the rapidly growing Chinese market. It is also working to localize the Chinese market for the A/S of many customers in China.
